After 15 years of business travel throughout North America I gained a deep appreciation for how beautiful and unique the inland Pacific region of Washington truly is. Wherever I went I could find no equal to the snow capped ridge of Mt. Baker, the serene island settings of the San Juans and the peaceful and friendly nature of Birch Bay & Semiahmoo. I decided to spend as much time as possible living and working right here, so I sold my Marketing Corporation, put my Samsonites up on a garage shelf where they’ve been collecting dust for years and began introducing others to this remarkable region.

Full of enthusiasm and loaded with marketing knowledge I dove into Real Estate in 1998. With the tremendous support of friends, family and hundreds of clients I have been blessed with one of the most successful starts in the business. I love what I do and feel fortunate to help so many others realize their dreams.

Today I market $20,000 lots to 6 million dollar estates and have added a commercial division, referral division and development land division to my firm.  Every Saturday Morning at 10am, I give back to my peers and community on the “Radio Real Estate” program on KGMI am 790.
