Not only is Lyle nice and a go-getter - but he also holds himself with high integrity. He does not buy or sell property for his own benefit - but for the client only. Many agents I know are in the market for themselves and then pass off the 'seconds' to the consumers. Lyle helped me list and close one commerical warehouse for $695,000. This deal was extremely interesting and had a few backup offers because the buyer was 'interesting'. It worked out in the end - and if it didn't with the original buyer, we had a backup offer ready to go. Since we sold the one warehouse, we had to buy another - and a much larger one. My budget didn't allow for a $3,000,000 warehouse. Lyle kept encouraging me to see it. It was out of my budget. He said it was mostly leased. I said show me the numbers.
