Marc obtained his Real Estate license in 1980 and hasn’t looked back since. His expertise ranges from recreational, single family homes to leasing and selling commercial properties. In the last several years Marc has focused his energy on becoming a commercial real estate specialist and has worked on numerous transactions that have helped his clients find their ideal property and/or sell and lease their property. People who know Marc know they can trust him and recognize his abilities. One of Marc’s strengths is that he is persistent, but not pushy and is ready to negotiate the best deal for you.
In Marc’s 19 years in real estate he has negotiated everything from small land transactions to large commercial sales. He utilizes his experience in marketing, sales, and the use of technology to help you market your property in the best light possible.
Prior to working at Windermere Marc attended the University of Arizona, Mesa College, Arizona State University and Louisiana State University while playing Professional baseball. He played for the San Diego Padres Organization, the Houston Astros and Pittsburgh Pirates Organization, as well as the Italian Professional League. After his professional baseball career he obtained his real estate license in Washington State in 1980.
Presently Marc is representing sellers and buyers by advising and guiding them through the entire transaction process. He has worked with individuals, service groups, & corporations in acquiring homes, condos, land, commercial buildings & business opportunities. Over the years, Marc has acquired extensive knowledge of Whatcom County’s commercial real estate market. He understands how he can provide you with the best possible service as your sales associate.
Marc was a Sales Manager with Massey Realty in 1991. Later in 1994, Windermere in Bellingham hired him as the manager of one of their offices. Later they merged & Marc became sales manager of the Fairhaven Branch. Since then, Marc has migrated to the Bellingham office where he focuses on Commercial Real Estate full time.
Marc enjoys many outdoor activities that include golfing, fishing, scuba diving and playing handball. When he has time he loves to head out to the fields for some duck and pheasant hunting with his Labrador retriever named “Sassy.” Marc is also a member of the International Footprinters Association, Chapter 54 and has held the title of President, Vice President, and Secretary on the Board of Directors. The Footprinters help to encourage friendship between law enforcement, business and all groups so that people will gain understanding and a sympathetic attitude toward law enforcement agencies. He has also taught and coached youth baseball for several years at local baseball camps.
