Jeff began his real estate endeavors in 1983 as a Landman for large petroleum companies acquiring seismic exploration rights for oil & gas exploration in the western United States, Alaska and Canada. Utilizing skills honed in tracking down landowners and negotiating favorable leases and contracts, Jeff moved on to successful residential and recreational land development in New England and eventually, commercial development, consulting and brokerage in Whatcom County.
